Leadership Training Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, 2:00 - 4:00 pm
The Leadership Training is for those who currently—or intend to at some
time—lead either small/large groups or committees. The training will include basic information about group dynamics
as well as how to effectively facilitate a group, highlighting the differences between leading a committee toward task fulfillment
versus creating safety and openness in groups that gather around a shared interest or spiritual purpose.
