Join us as we practice speaking from the heart to each other, without blame or judgment, using the techniques of non-violent communication.

This style of speaking is based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg. We will use real-life examples and role-play to share our observations, feelings, needs and requests. We will practice listening intuitively to each other to explore underlying universal needs and gain understanding of how to create win-win situations for all. Watch miracles happen in your life!
