Annual Warm Clothing Drive
ONE DAY ONLY! 
Sunday, October 18, 2009 (between 8:00 am and 12:30 pm)
Please bring your lightly used or new items to any of the Sunday Services at Heather Farm Community Center.

Each Saturday a group of Unity volunteers make 50 - 100 bag lunches, which are distributed to the homeless.

When the weather gets cold, the items below that are collected are then given to them to help keep them warm and dry.

Most needed items:

Sleeping bags
Jackets
Sweatshirts (dark colors)
Thermal Underwear
Warm socks (dark colors preferred)
Waterproof and/or resistant-to-fungus socks
Gloves
Underwear
Plastic ponchos
Blankets
Plastic tarps

Most are men and most need large, extra large and XX large. Please bring your lightly used or new items to the service at Heather Farm on October 18.
