Grief Workshop

This
class will offer a brief introduction to the grieving process. We’ll explore the nature of grief, the pathway through
the grieving process and reflect on how we can use grief as a doorway to deepen our relationship with Spirit.
It will also be an opportunity to cultivate
awareness for the Service of Remembrance on Tuesday, December 8, 7:30 pm, hosted with Reverend David. The service is a special
way to honor and include everyone we love in the holiday season.

Beth A. Bottorff, MA, received her training in Transpersonal Psychology and Marriage
and Family Counseling through the Graduate School for Holistic Studies at JFK University. Her relationship with the
grieving process began over twenty years ago when her father was diagnosed with terminal cancer. For the past
ten years she has been conducting trainings throughout the Bay Area on human development, personal growth and grief and loss.
