Our Sacred Journey On the first Sunday in June 2007 the people of our Center made the commitment
to transform the buildings of our spiritual home, and to expand our consciousness of true prosperity. We had taken many months
to meet, connect at depth, explore ideas, and survey everyone on their ideas and priorities. With the generous financial commitment
that we made to support “Love in Action” beyond our regular giving, we were ready to hire the architect, look
at the possibilities and fulfill the dream of renewing the buildings that had served us so well for over thirty years. We
created designs that would meet the needs of our very active, dynamic spiritual community. Our Board of Trustees looked at the possible price tags of the construction and
asked if we wanted to do it in steps, or borrow the money beyond what we would be raising to do it all at once. They received
a unanimous directive to manifest the whole vision. With the approval to borrow what it took to make it happen, we set to
work.

A
Major Milestone This June we are nearing a major milestone on our journey. Many of the original pledges to “Love
in Action” were for three years of contributions. With these generous contributions we have been able to pay the architect,
project manager and engineers, build our children’s areas, purchase many items for our construction, move and meet in
our temporary facilities. We have passed successfully through expensive permitting processes, redesigning and changing to
meet codes for many diverse needs. We have done all this while maintaining the income level of our Center so that
our programs and the staff that supports us were able to continue their excellent work. What a wonderful demonstration of
the prosperity consciousness that was an important part of our initial goals.

Financial challenges overcome
After our original decision to go ahead with reconstruction,
we then experienced a major recession and severe financial turmoil that affected our nation, the world, and many of our people
individually. In the midst of these unforeseen events, the Board again checked with our community, whose direction was again
unanimous – to go forward and fulfill the original vision they had approved. When the bank withdrew because of their
financial problems, our people kept the faith. We know the truth that God is our source and no one can withhold our good from
us. Holding to that truth, we drew new financing and again unanimously affirmed our commitment to manifest the prosperity
to create our beautiful spiritual home. We held to Charles Fillmore’s vision of demonstrating prosperity to overcome
lack thinking in the world.
Celebration! Three Year Anniversary We have so much to celebrate! We have successfully accomplished the first challenge
of our “Love in Action” journey. June 6 is our three year anniversary. We will celebrate at the Gardens
at Heather Farm Park where we will be holding our services that Sunday. We will honor the generous, faith-filled
journey we have made together. We will view the wonderful building renewal at Geary Road and anticipate our return
to the new buildings on OCTOBER 10, 2010!
Join the next stage of the journey We will also invite everyone to join us in the next important part of this spiritual
journey. We invite everyone to make the commitment to meet and exceed the financial needs of our new building for the coming
three years. When we said yes to this important project, we knew it would require us to step forward with a greater income
over an extended time because of the financing. We have demonstrated through our gifts to “Love in Action” that
we can meet this additional financial challenge. We would love to be able to not only make our payments each month, but to
also reduce the amount that we owe.
