Join us as we practice speaking from the heart to each other, without
blame or judgment, using the techniques of non-violent communication.
This style of speaking is based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg.
We will use real-life examples and role-play to share our observations, feelings, needs and requests. We will practice listening
intuitively to each other to explore underlying universal needs and gain understanding of how to create win-win situations
for all. Watch miracles happen in your life!

Alexandra True is an Ordained Interfaith Minister who has served on the Unity Board of Trustees. She also has been
trained in NVC with Dr. Marshall Rosenberg and his staff over the last 10 years.
