HeartMath Dialog - Unity Center Walnut Creek, CA

This class is a focus group aimed at helping people who are acquainted with the HeartMath tools to learn ways to refine their practice, and also to inspire others to begin learning the tools and/or join one of the HeartMath Study Groups.

HeartMath Study Groups are still forming. Sign up in the Book Center or at the Welcome Table on Sundays. These groups gather weekly to learn and share together. We have many groups presently meeting and new ones are forming all the time.

Toni Roberts spent ten years on the staff of the Institute of HeartMath and supports people from around the country in working with their own hearts. She has used deep knowledge and skill with the intelligence and power of her heart to overcome major obstacles in her own life including clinical depression. She is also available to UCWC people to help them fine-tune their heart skills at toni@unitycenter.net.
